What is the delivery time?

From Monday to Friday, your order is shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are also shipped within 1-2 business days.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship all our packages via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace link by email to track your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your parcel using the Track & Trace code found in your order confirmation email.
This way, you’ll know exactly when your order will be delivered.

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands & Belgium:
Orders over €99 are shipped for free.
Orders under €70 incur a shipping fee of approximately €4.99 (with Track & Trace).


Returns

Can I return my order?

Unlike other vintage clothing stores, you can return your items to us, without any costs.
You can do this within our 14-day return period. Simply choose your preferred return option on our returns page.

How do I return an item?

We’ll guide you through every step of a smooth return process:

  1. Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

  2. Go to your account and enter your order details. Be sure to include a ‘#’ before your 5-digit order number.

  3. Print the return label and attach it to the package.

  4. Drop the package off at a parcel point near you.

  5. Your return will be processed within 14 days after receipt.

Return requirements:

  • Return the item in its original packaging.

  • Make sure the item is neatly packed (zippers and buttons closed, folded as received).
    If your return does not meet these conditions, we may have to decline it.

When will my return be processed?

Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed within 14 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
From there, you can either choose a different item or get a refund.
